Sometimes how shadows impact a capture can be of interest. How the shadows define and shape the light can really add a perspective, making something that would be ordinary far more interesting. Sometimes its the light you don't see.

Wonderful, nice composition and light, anticipating the train emerging from the fog.
Looks like coal on track or is it bedding material?
