Title: Tilling
Post by: Rajan Parrikar on May 30, 2014, 03:01:59 pm
Priming the paddy fields before the onset of the southwest monsoons (usually in the first week of June).  In Saligao, Goa (http://www.parrikar.com/blog/2014/05/30/pre-monsoon-work/).

Excellent perspective, one can easily imagine the (U-turn) path followed. The t-shirt says it's a recent image but, otherwise, it could have been taken 50 or 100 years ago.

Well done.

Francois,

This shot was taken in 2008.  With access to mechanized equipment becoming much easier in these parts now, in a few years such sights will be history.

Thanks, Scott and Paulo.

Scott, yes, in this pass he is not overturning the earth.
