Title: Lost ability to zoom on secondary display

In loupe view I am accustomed to having the mouse pointer display as a magnifying glass when over the image - click to zoom in, click to zoom out. This still works on the primary display but not the secondary - the pointer is the default arrow. Is there a setting to enable/disable this?
