I think it's an ugly mess. The huge, out-of-focus foreground doesn't help at all. I'd try cropping 60% of so off the bottom and some off the left, so you're left with the steps and the yellow graffiti. It still won't leave anything I'l want to look at, though. Sorry.

Agreed. The flat lighting doesn't help, either.
