I deleted the wrong image the other day. A real brain fart. I was able to recover the NEF from the trash, but, the adjustments are missing. Is there a way to find adjustment info and sync them to the image?

You will need to find the associated .xmp file which contains the adjustments and place it in the same folder as the Nef. If it is not in the trash then it could still reside in the original Nef folder

Finding any xmp file is the quick and dirty way to recover most of your work on the picture, but not all. And you may not have an xmp file.
So where's the backup of your catalogue? It will contain all the work you've done on the picture. Find the backup catalogue, select the image in it, and do an Export as Catalog. Then in your main catalogue, do Import from Another Catalog.
