Hello fellows, have you seen this?
I can't find it at the Fotodiox website. Too new?
It looks interesting. Though not as much as the one made for the Nex cameras.
Comments?

I don't know yet. The one for Nex cameras came down in price by 40% becoming fair priced. $500 is way too much for this device. And I'm not sure either about the square groundglass. I love squares but if you are stitching is because you want to print big. Rectangular prints go bigger than square in any printer.

I saw some comments by people about color shifts between frames, especially when at the fringes of the image circle for the lens. Interesting idea but I am not so sure I would use it that much, and I agree that the EOS price is high. I would probably get an adapter for my Fuji and try it out. You can get different lens mounts, looks like it uses a Graflex type mount for the adapters. This is something I would like to rent to try it out first I think. Although with Amazon they have a pretty liberal return policy.

I think I did too. However, if I recall well, that happened with the Mamiyas lenses. Hasselblads seems to work fine. I have 3 CF lenses to play with and a Nex 6. I'll keep on thinking on this rig.

When I reported my successful use of this device with my Nex 5n last year in this (and other) forums, I reported that I too did not have this color problem, attributing it to the Hasselblad lenses larger image circles (vis a vis those of the Mamiya lenses').

I may be completely wrong but I think that it also has to do with the longer lens flange distance of the CF glass.
So, it was you Jim. :D
