I wonder if he lives in the caravan at the back.

I'm not sure he's still living. That plaque to the right of the door says: " HAC Brummett Law Office 1930-1965 Dickens County Commemorative." I gather it's an historical structure, though it looks as if a Brummett may still be using it.
