I bought a few videos from LuLa, including Lightroom 5 last year, but haven't been on here for awhile.
Well, my old computer finally crashed, and I wanted to load my LuLa videos onto my new one ... as I refer to them from time to time ... but can't get into my account.
It looks like you upgraded you shopping cart area to "Purple Shop" ... and it's not recognizing my old email. My LuLa shopping account was different from my forum account.
What do I have to do to get back on and download my videos. They had an "unlimited download" timespan when purchased.

The videos you purchased remain ready to download from your account in the same place as they always were. The only change is that the older store is now referred to as the Legacy Store.
Simply log in (https://store.luminous-landscape.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=login) as you always did with your registered email and password.

That did the trick, Chris, thank you.
I couldn't find the old setup from the root site, www.luminous-landscape.com. I kept getting a "Purple Shop" that didn't recognize my email address.
So thanks for the help.

I spoke too soon, that didn't do it.
When I click My Account, all that is in my Order History is the original From Camera to Print.
I also ordered Lightroom 4/5, and cannot access either.
Further, I can't download anything when I "View" that order. All links to all videos say "Link Expires 8/25/2010". The only active link is just a coupon for the newer edition.
How do I actually get to, and download, the material?

You have two accounts, each with separate orders. I have sent you links to each account.
