Great timing, Jeremy. You got the clouds I'm always after in the goldfields.
-
I'll bet it looks good in color, too.

A great cathedral wouldn't have a look in with that. I'm thinking Gaudi, Barcelona.

Very nice.

Well, in a way, but I think it lacks some of the drama: see for yourself. I have others which I took at about the same time and which I've not had time to fiddle with; I suspect some of them might be more promising in colour.

Great subject and the contrast/figuring of the clouds in B/W is nice (color not so interesting) - I'm not so sure about how it is framed though. The center part of the rock formation creates a nice "U" shape and then plateaus and moves off frame to the left...this part of the formation on the left detracts from the "U" I think...and maybe too much sky/foreground. You might look at this cropped top/bottom/left - so the most interesting part of the formation becomes more prominent. /B

Thanks for posting the color one, Jeremy.
I agree with you: the B&W has much more drama.

The color version is spectacular but the B&W version is even better.

I agree with francois. :)
