I think the red tint suits the face with bright eyes better than it does the horses head on the wall to the right. 

Nice as the horse is, I would cut its nose off by cropping to where the line of the bottom of the wall meets the bottom of the frame. 

I think the bright eyes want to hold the stage by themselves and have something other than horses on their mind.

I hadn't noticed the horse until Bruce mentioned it. Now I think he is right about the cropping.
