I had a quick look at the permajet test, and looks like the results sort of match with mine, except for the Dmax perhaps: http://wp.me/p3e0fn-lu.

Canson Baryta Photographique is very beautiful and prints very much like the Ilford.
I even tried a print with the profile I made for the Ilford and come out great

Same here. Paper and profiles for IGFS and CBP seem pretty much interchangeable to me.

Yes they are to an extend interchangeable, but then you do not get the maximum out of the canson baryta photographique. The CBP quality deserves to have the printer calibrated and then profiled for best possible result.
