Title: It'll never be perfect, but here it is.
Post by: PeterAit on February 22, 2014, 01:05:20 pm
I have posted the portfolio from my October trip to Utah and Colorado. I could probably spend another month agonizing over which photos to include, how to process them, and the like, but one has to stop somewhere.

- Go to www.peteraitken.com
- Click on the portfolio name

Constructive criticism welcome. Praise even more welcome!

It is a beautiful, varied portfolio, IMHO. Nice work!

Its a very nice portfolio and there are some real gems in between.
The Panorama is presented too small though, IMO.
Cheers

I agree about the panos being small. It's a LR-generated site and I don;t know of any way to get custom image sized without editing the HTML for each page.

Maybe you just need a better template then.
Should be fixable.

Hi, Peter,

You can tell Lightroom what size to make the images in the Web module.  My version of LR is old, but if you're using the default HTML gallery template, look along the right side for Image Page size slider, under Appearance.

I understand that. But, a size that is appropriate for a panorama will make some portrait-orientation images extend off the screen. And a size that's appropriate for th latter will - as in my case - make the panos too small.
