Both beautiful and mysterious entanglement. I like the colors and the side-lighting.

Bravo!

Terrific! I am seeing a funny artefact around the "tip of the nose" on the right; over sharpening or a jpeg compression? Also, worth considering opening up the blacks just a bit? Otherwise, love the contrast between the hard branch and the beautifully rendered soft colors in the sky.

Thanks Francois and David for the nice words!

I considered opening up the shadows - actually there is a bunch of detail,
but I finally decided to leave it as graphical and harsh as it is when I looked at it.
Opening the shadows takes away that strong impact from the branch working almost as a pure silhouette.
I also pulled at the saturation quite heavy - this is not a subtle edit - there's some heavy handed steelworks behind it so to say.
The halo will need some work in Photoshop should I print it, it comes from some heavy contrast lifting
together with the export to web thingy.

Cheers
~Chris

It's a fine one, Chris, and I like your post processing (except for the halo).
