I made this photo using my phone and then worked it over a bit using LR & PS.  I thought I would post this pic to hear the critiques .  Pan or praise is OK, but please say 'why'.  Thanks in advance!

Interesting subject. I would have done something with the shadow of the post, as it extends outside the frame and is rather distracting. The photograph has a different color cast, but I think that helps portray the mood.
