Nice.
I think you opened up the shadows (in the trees) a ted too much. Or reversely, muted the sky too much. Also, although I realize it is not always physically possible, finding a less cluttered foreground would have helped.

I can sort of agree with your critics regarding the foreground, but only because the extremities of the foreground branches seem to contact the reflections from the far side. I like the foreground, but it extends just a little too far toward the back.. Otherwise it is a fantastic shot.

Nice colors. This shows that HDR can be done tastefully. I'm curious what program you used?
