I purchased a LuLa subscription in late December then purchased a full subscription on Jan 2nd. Having been away for Christmas I am just tying to download a video - in fact trying all day with no result. I see there has been a change on 1/1/14 but not sure how it affects my downloads.
Any help appreciated :(

You should contact Purple help (http://platformpurple.com/help/contact-us/) to get them to sort this out for you.
You only need one subscription - that may be the cause of the problem.

In fact I uninstalled and re installed and have now successfully downloaded - it just seems very slow to download but it gets there.
