Last few days I had too much time on my hands, so I decided to test my Rollei for rainforest conditions.
At first the cold lenses had to acclimatize...
-
Once warmed up, things went better!
Stitch from 6 shots with the Zeiss 40mm
The small Begonia flowers in the first image can been seen at the top, in the middle.
-
Some nice leafs.
120mm and 60mm curtagon c/w extension tube respectively.
-
Some marvellous detail with the 120mm and 1,4 longar
shots combined with 100% crops
-
Last two, 90mm and 1.4 longar with 17mm ext tube in between.
All shots taken of my home built paludarium (combined fish and frog/reptile tank).
-
Some more leafs - I really enjoy nature's abundance of leaf form.
-
Nice series.

thanks Paulo!

Love these, nice composition of a difficult subect to photograph in an interesting way. Great use of DoF, I love the shots where the viewer has to look around the photo for the point of focus. Lovely camera too.
