Guys:

I am not too happy after purchasing the Ctein video to find out that my paypal account has been charged by Leapingbrain.com when the email from LL says Purple and LL. After several problems with online purchases including the one by the security conscious computer "guru's" at Adobe this makes me very nervous. Is this you? Do I need to talk to PayPal? Small photography sites should be careful after Mikes problem at TOP. I always have enjoyed your products but this new app business is a PITA.

I am sorry about that confusion - I know that Leaping Brain became Platform Purple at about the time we started with them. I am sure it is just a case of the CC system not having 'caught up'. I have forwarded your complaint to them.

Hi Avery,

We apologize for the confusion!  Yes, we are LeapingBrain/Platform Purple.  We will look into why the purchase appeared as LeapingBrain, as we have since updated our processing account name to "Purple".
