Title: New MacBookPro with Mavericks and viewing LR tutorial.
Post by: AdrianL on November 03, 2013, 04:08:11 pm
Just purchased and downloaded LR Tutorial LR4u.  The downloaded file created a "LL app" in my Application folder.  Running this application comes up with a bookshelf containing the LR4u ikon on the top shelf.  When I select "OPEN", nothing happens.

Are you sure the file is fully downloaded?

Chris,
It appears to be fully downloaded, not sure how to tell.

Chris,
I decided to try running the LuLa App again. At the bottom of the bookshelf, indications of downloading began without any effort on my part.  After 45 minutes, all 9 files downloaded.  I started running the videos and watched for over an hour, everything worked well, no interruptions, clear video, no glitches, beautiful.
Somehow, yesterday, when I downloaded the app, it just stopped and there was nothing to indicate that it was incomplete.
Everything is working fine now, thank you.
Best regards,
Adrian
