Both photos are lovely but, again, my vote goes to the B&W version. The sky is dramatic with a greater sense of movement. I would just remove the contrail.
Speaking in favor of the color photo, the somewhat uninteresting foreground is less present and I do like the combination of orange and blue tones.

#1 comes closest to being successful (for me), with the water on the left connected to the towers on the right by the bright sky. Too bad about the other sky highlight on the left, it doesn't really help the composition.. I would also take a little off the bottom. Worth another visit?

It's really two images in one... the colour one emphasizes the city, the B&W one emphasizes the sky. Both nice.
