Title: Mamiya 80mm f/1.9 N Lens Review
Post by: Brian Hirschfeld on September 10, 2013, 11:02:08 pm
Hey guys, thought you might want to check out my latest review of the Mamiya 80mm f/1.9 N lens. It's a really great lens, and not everyone knows about it and certainly not that many people realize its full image making potential. Certainly for such a wide apertured lens (for MF) it has remarkable image quality. The biggest issues in shooting it come from some other aspects of what shooting with this lens means, but I'll let you read on to find out about those!

Enjoy, and please let me know what you think.

One of my faves.  Well built, dreamy wide open, sharp stopped down.

This used to be one of my favorite portrait lenses on the Nikon. I haven't used it for a while now. Thank you for reminding me that I should dig it out again.
