Title: Looking for a Photoshop ring around plugin

I am looking for a Photoshop plugin that will take an image and generate a ring around that I can print and use for critical color matching.  I'm color managed and using the canned Epson profiles, but I have to take not up a notch.  I have 9 solid colors generated in PS from the Pantone color swatch set that I have to match on the prints to the physical Pantone swatches.  I have to figure out the color and brightness adjustments for each one ( I will end up masking each color that needs adjustment and using adjustment layers.  I was hoping for something that will output a ring around print for the colors that need fixing so I can just lay the print down on the swatch and pick the match instead of trying to work out the corrections myself.
