Thanks Mike. Unfortunately, here, it's going to rain during the weekend ;-(

And with the moon comes the moonbow.

My problem is I have trouble staying up late enough.

Don't be such a pessimist - at least you're not in England! ;D

Thanks for the heads-up. I was planning to treat myself by trying some moonrise-over-the-city captures, and now I have the motivation to plan ahead.
Alas, the local forecast is for large-scale atmospheric interference, but I have always liked these solstice nights and am happy to be prepared should this supermoon be visible as it clears the horizon.

I had fun capturing it last time here in Tampa

I am scouting out a better location to have Moon and Arch in same photo. St. Louis MO. I have access to 4 mid-town multilevel garages with a good unobstructed view of the Arch 2 miles away, just have to calculate which one to use.

It was a total wash here in the San Francisco area. We had 100% cloud cover the whole time. Bummer.

A half-bust here in Pittsburgh, but we are used to it ;) .
