Ryan Newton at ForEversmarts.com is the best source for this scanner. He actually refurbishes every unit he sells to very high standards and tolerances, most likely to a higher degree than kodak did.  

Ryan offers full service, repair, and support for all Creo Scanners. His website is down for upgrades but his email still works. Sales (at) Foreversmarts.com. PM for his phone number as well.

I know for a fact that Ryan has refurbished IQ3s in stock right now. Ryan is also an expert at shipping scanners both domestically and abroad.
