Title: Early Spring

Some recent shots which, for me, say "Spring is here". Is it too obvious I'm a fan of Elliot Porter's wonderful work?

I really like the first one.  The others don't do much for me, though.

I love the tree reflections but wonder if a square format, cropping the larger tree on the right, would be a better composition.

I too like the first very much; but if icicles tell you that Spring is here, anyone would think you lived in the UK.
