Title: Rainbow Abstraction (renamed)
Post by: Arlen on March 31, 2013, 05:44:31 pm
It's been a while since I last posted here, but I thought it was about time to make another contribution. This one features a
Mckenzie River rainbow trout, among the wetter of western Oregon's abundant wildlife. Comments always welcome.

With the water ripples it makes a lovely abstract.

Trout are among the most beautiful creatures on earth.  Well done.

Really a wonderful image. Everything (the tones, composition etc.) is just so!

Very nice! Even more rewarding untitled? Can it be de-greened a bit?

Very abstract and graphic yet very "clear" so to speak.
Since I´m a flyfisher this image really speaks to me and my fishing addiction !

Really nice shoot !

One of the great things about fly fishing is that it often takes you to beautiful places with fascinating creatures.

Thanks to all of you for the feedback so far. In response to fair comment, note that I've changed the whimsical title to something more descriptive.

The problem with fly fishing and photography is they often compete for the same bit of your time in the most beautiful places.  It is a conundrum.
