Title: Lightroom Fonts

I recently began using Lightroom's watermark feature.

I quickly noticed the available fonts are not the same fonts available in Photoshop.

Does Lightroom have a fonts files that I can add to?

sounds like your on Windows...there is a limitation in LR's watermark editor where only TrueType fonts *.ttf can be used.
Unfortunately OpenType fonts *.otf are not supported.

LR accesses your system font folder, C:/Windows/Fonts.
