Hello everyone,
even if the article is a few months old, since I just got here to the forum I thought it might be of interest to you to see this review of the Nex-7 I did last autumn:
VIERI BOTTAZZINI PHOTOGRAPHER'S BLOG: SIENA'S STREETS AND PEOPLE WITH THE SONY NEX-7 (http://madshutter.blogspot.com/2012/10/sienas-streets-people.html)

Disclaimer: I am not interested in charts, brick walls and so on, and online there are already a lot of "technical" reviews; what you'll find here is my opinions of the camera and lenses put to use in the real world. As well, all the equipment I review I buy with my hard-earned cash, I am not sponsored by anyone nor I get free equipment to review or on loan for my reviews. Enjoy!
Best,
Vieri

Viera,
Welcome and thank you very much for your efforts.
Lovely images.
Quite a few NEX fans here on LuLa.
Now what I am waiting for is a detailed review on the Fotodiox Rhino Cam for NEX,
and a little more from users of the Metabones Speed Booster.

Thanks for sharing this!
Sienna is a beauty, and Im reminded when looking at your photoes.
Btw; I'm surprised how few SH NEX-es are being offered here in Norway. Must surely be a good sign for Sony that owners stick to their?

Hello Dan,
thank you very much, I am glad you enjoyed! You know, I am doing this out of my pocket, so the amount of gear I can review and the time I can put into reviews is limited; however, I just started a voluntary subscription/donation plan on the blog, and I hope I'll get enough support to be able to dedicate more time and money to reviewing gear. The Rhino looks like a very interesting concept, as do the Metabones, and I would love to be able to put them under my real-world microscope!

Sure thing, I am glad you enjoyed! ;D Yes, the Nex-7 is not easy to find S/H, which surely means something. It's a very very good camera, with one of the best control system out there (Tri-Nav), outputting very good IQ, so it's no surprise that people hold on to theirs! I sold mine and decided to keep the Sigma DP! & DP2 Merrill instead, you can rad about my reasoning for this HERE (http://madshutter.blogspot.com/2013/02/a-comparison-sigma-dp-merrills-vs-nex-7.html) if you are interested.
Best,
Vieri
