It might look even better in square format with the left hand third cut out.

Or by going to the opposite extreme and using semi-letterbox by cutting most of the foreground grass and a bit of the sky?

The potential is there but there is something about the format and content that don't quite gel.

I do like the effect of the ND on the clouds and waterfall.
