Title: Best negative carrier

I've decided not to get the Plustek 120 scanner and instead properly calibrate my Epson V500. What is the best solution for this? I've heard about Better Scanning ANR negative carriers and the digitaLIZA (I'm leaning towards the Better Scanning TBH). Is there anything else out there I should know about? I shoot almost exclusively black and white negative film in 120 and 35mm and use Vuescan for import.
