Title: 2 vs 3 stop Grad ND filter?
Post by: matthewh133 on September 22, 2012, 12:27:52 am
Hey all, just wondering which in your experience you've found best for landscape work and sunsets? I currently have the Lee set (.3,.6,.9) and a big stopper, but I need some middle ground and am tossing up between the Singh-Ray 2 or 3 stop. Any advice?

Hi Matthew,

You've got me confused, 0.3 ND = 1stop, 0.6 ND = 2 stop, 0.9 ND = 3 stops. What do you think is different with the Singh-Ray 2 or 3 stops?

Cheers,
Bart

For sunsets the singh ray 3 stop REVERSE gradient works best
