Thought I'd try a WTB before breaking out my inner McGyver:
If anyone out there has an Eli S35, Bowens Fresnel 6000 (IIRC) or any other version of the (better known but identical) Bron Flooter they're not using, drop me a line. Cosmetics don't matter, mount condition doens't matter as will be converting to Profoto anyway. As long as glass ok and guts work.
