Title: Pacific Seascape
Post by: Tony Jay on May 09, 2012, 09:50:19 pm
A simple seascape shot on the weekend when the moon was hidden behind the clouds.

Canon 5DIII, ISO 50, 70 mm, f8.0 15s.

I hope you don't mind… (I can delete it if you're bothered).

My first though was what would the image look like with the lazy illustrator's friendly helper treatment. That is, Photoshop's Auto Color. Well it looks like this…

Elegant simplicity.  The hard horizon line makes this image for me. Well done.

Interesting interpretation Tom!

I guess that my more muted image represents the fact that it was pretty dark at the time.

Thank you for your comments Rand47.

Kind Regards

Great job tony. I've always liked the simplicity of the water and the sky.
