Nice scene!

I might have waited a few more seconds for the sailboat to clear the tall tree behind it, providing some additional separation. Perhaps the ideal position is with the sailboat between that tree and the mountain in the background.

Yes. I agree. The boat and the tree behind it are in conflict, regarding good composition considerations.

Thanks for the comments, I do agree, composition a little off
The photo was "snatched" from onboard a nile cruise boat as it arose, so not really in a great postion for much consideration at the time,,,
now I am going to give moving the sailboat in CS5 a shot, and exercise my limited retouching talents
