i don't know what your vision was for this shot.
i find too many different strong objects to focus on. The bridge, the red section of the bridge, the boat, the reflection of the boat. Perhaps a more selective DOF emphasizing the fogginess ?
The reflection of the boat in the water might give a painterly interpretation ?
