Do ACR and LR apply the same default level of noise reduction to all sensors? In other words, if I want to compare sensors, if I process RAW files in ACR (or LR) with noise reduction at the default level, is the same level of NR being applied to the files, rather than ACR doing more NR to sensor A than to sensor B?
I've seen suggestions that the default for ACR and LR is to apply no NR. If so, then it would seem they do the same thing for all sensors.

The current versions of ACR/LR do not apply any default noise reduction in the base demosiacing...by default, luminance noise reduction is at zero. However, the noise reduction once applied is normalized per sensor and ISO. So, a value of 10 in the sider for one sensor at one ISO may apply slightly different amounts of actual noise reduction than a different sensor at a different ISO at the same value of 10.
