Title: File Naming Editor-Moving Tokens
Post by: HDProman on March 17, 2012, 04:10:52 pm
Please help with a question about editing file naming templates. I am unable to understand how to move a token from the end of the string to somewhere in the middle. I am able to cut the token to move and place my curser at the location to insert the token, however the paste command is grayed out.

I am using a PC and I have watched videos using a Mac showing you can click and drag the tokens, but it is indicated if you are using a PC you need to cut and paste the tokens to move them.

What am I doing wrong?

I just tried this and ran into the same problem.  However, while right-mouse-clicking left the 'Paste' grayed out, CTRL-V for paste worked fine.  Must be a bug...

Here we have proof definitive that Macs are better than PCs. The argument is finally over!

As long as you don't need reliable color management.    :D
