Not exactly a MF question but I have asked it in other forums and got little response, other than companies boasting about how cheap they are. I'm in the UK and I need to get some prints done for an American client, so I figured it would be easier getting the prints done in the US of A.
I would like to know of a good printer I can trust, I'm not looking for budget prints, I'm looking for quality exhibition standard. Any suggestions please?

Yes, I know of a really great printer here in Cleveland, Ohio.
He's been hired to print entire gallery shows for some of the local shooters and takes on all kinds of special projects. I know Matthew personally, and highly recommend him for both his printing capabilities and all around digital expertise.

You could try John Dean, Lenny Eiger or Tyler Boley all of whom are very knowledgeable and produce excellent prints. A Google search will pick up all of them.
