Title: Capture One and simultaneous backup while copying.

I've just switched from Lightroom, and much admit it's one feature I do appreciate, is the automated backup capacity on importing the images. Is it available in some property menu or a hidden feature, or am I relegated to manually backing up?

And on a side note, is there anyway to delete and remove the file from the HDD rather then just from the preview?

Yes, you can have backup as you import. Next to the LOCATIONS bar, there is a small arrow. Click on that and the dropdown will let you ENABLE BACK-UP. You will then have the back-up location option available.
