Hi:
The photo comes across as a bit dark (my guess 1-1.5 stops underexposed) and perhaps tilting your camera downward slightly to show less sky and more of the building would improve the composition?
How did you take the photos and stitch them together?
At least two stitching seams are visible - one in the centre seen in the brightness/exposure in the clouds (also the dome at the distant horizon), and a second at the left, to left of the apartment building in the distance - clouds do not match up. I can't see any seams in the lower, static part of the scene other than hits of exposure/brightness differences in places.
If you have the ability with your software to control the blending then removing the seams in the sky/clouds is pretty easy to do and also can hide the slight differences in brightness at the seams (i.e., straight lines are quite noticeable)

The light is very dull and flat and doesn't enhance what could have been an interesting scene.

This panorama was stitched from super difficult source images taken from the roof top in the hurry without any tripod or some equipment.
