Possibly, but you would need to wait for the adapter to be available. I have a Leaf back so can’t advise whether you would need juice through the cable to run the P45+ (my Aptus connects FW through the battery comartment).

Aha, i found already one converter... :) so that's why i asked..

But more importantly, is the macbook air enough to work with C1pro ?
Is it ergonomic to work on 13 inches ? ... And do you have enough power ?

Good that they’re available!

Enough? Do you mean enough CPU and GPU power? The new MBAs have quite good CPUs but the GPUs are all Intel 3000s sharing main RAM.

Is it ergonomic to work on 13 inches ?

The 13" MBA has a 1440 by 900 pixel display, while my 13" MBP has only 1280 by 800 pixels—I find it a little tight for C1, but usable. So the MBA will be a bit roomier.

... And do you have enough power ?

As stated, I do not know how tethered Phase backs get their power.

On the P45+, under the configuration menu set the power source to battery.  That way the back is being powered by the battery and not your Macbook Air.  That should work for you.

Wish my A22 did that!  :'(

I like this idea too, a super lightweight preview computer.
I have seen the sonnet adaptors announced, but are they actually shipping? How much do they cost?
It's a pity they are so large, very chunky along side something like a macbookair.

Well no one knows how big they are.. :),  or yeah, you can see the sizes on internet, but it's dificult to imagine actual size.. in comparison with the MBA,

I also, mailed sonet to know, as they're site is rubbish... , but no awnser yet..
"ULF" from phase one was kind enough tou awnser on their forum, that it should work but they haven't got any adapters yet to test...

May also be a stupid question but are ther already some USB 3 card-readers out , ? ..

Because MBA 13 with 256 Gigs sollid, a USB3 card reader and a firebolt adapter for firewire, .. The perfect setup for traveling... ;) ;)

I also am interested in this. Macbook Air for location work would be amazing. I wonder if the computer has the grunt to keep up with a P65+

I'm guessing not.

Any ideas?
