Title: FS: Leaf AFi digital back Mamiya RZ adapter

Used only 3 times. Some components even have not been opened. The Mamiya RZ focus screen has mask for 44x33 mm sensor, but the adapter works for any Leaf AFi or AFI-II digital back.
