I am the original owner - purchased in June 2009 (have paperwork). I don't see any marks - looks mint but since I used it a bit, I will say it is mint minus condition.
I will include a padded carrying case that has a padded handle, or (if you attach a strap), can be slung over your shoulder (carrying case has front/rear loops for a strap). The Gitzo carrying case is over $100...This one is a very nice case, worth $30 easy... The case fits the tripod with a ball head perfectly.
$675 includes shipping (via Paypal gift) to continental USA; $660 local pick-up. Not interested in trades at this time. Will ship to parts of Europe/Asia and Central/South America, but you Pay all postage (about $30). Contact me for more information.
