Title: Woman and flag

I see the flag but just do not find the woman.

When I was a younger man I would have spotted the woman. ;D

I rather suspect that the woman is the silhouette on the left; not only trees reveal the female. A younger man would only see the obvious, so don't despair; the older, more experienced male reads signals rather better, some of us see them everywhere.
