...Reds are everywhere!  I like this shot for its geometry, color and balance, but find it sterile, without emotional impact.  What do y'all think.

I think I agree with you, I'm afraid. It seems unbalanced: there's too much featureless blue sky and the car to the left is cramped against the edge of the frame. I see, I think, what you were trying to do but for me it just hasn't worked.

It doesn't seem like the photo is about anything. It appears totally random to me.

Trust your own gut Dale. An aimage in which the photographer himself/herself finds sterile and lacking in emotional impact I think should be binned immediately.
