Title: Smibs TV Time?

Interesting news about Smibs TV, but I'm baffled by the time conversions.
According to my understanding, 20:30 UTC would be 12:30 PST, or 1:30 PDT.  But Eastern time is 3 hours ahead of Pacific, so that should be 4:30 PM EDT.
