I got this about 2 years ago and used it once. I just don't do that much studio work, and what I do, isn't suited for a ring flash, as I don't do people shots or portraits ext--just still lifes.

This is manufactured by Paul C. Buff, same folks as white Lightning.  Here are all the specs on the unit   http://www.alienbees.com/abr800.html
