Title: Z3100 Printing borderless on Custom roll paper

Hello everyone

I'm trying to print borderless using Qimage on z3100 on custom roll paper (Chromata white) which i have properly set up but bordeless option is greyed out. any help?

You can only print bordeless On glossy,  Semi gloss, Satin, and lustre type surfaces.
