Title: Kennedy Pine Forest and D60 with TS
Post by: on January 18, 2003, 06:09:43 am
The shot was taken before I had my own 1Ds. I had a pre-production camera for a week in September and then didn't get my own till they started shipping in November.

I use the 1Ds almost all the time now. The D60 is in my bag as a backup and second body for when needed.

The 1Ds works just fine with T/S lenses.

Michael:

Great shot of the forest with the D60 and TS lens. I was wondering though if the 1Ds will work with that lens and if so is there a reason you chose to use the D60 instead of the 1Ds for that shot. Was it because of the focal length magnification of the D60 that would be advantageous for that shot?

Otherwise, I'd be shooting with the 1Ds as much as possible if I had paid $8,000 for it. But, your gear, your choice.
