Title: How do I order a replacement part from Gitzo on line?

Or is is possible?  I need to replace part D1288.11 which is the top plastic plate that attaches to the top of the rapid centre column for a Gitzo 1228 Mk2 tripod.  I found the part number on their website, but can't see any way to order it.
